    Mercury 250XS- 20" with Sportsmaster

I have a 2007 Mercury 250XS with approximately 100 hours. It is on a Bullet 20XF boat. This is a great motor and a great boat but the two just do not go together. it is just too heavy for this boat.
    The motor is clean.
Asking $10,900 or best offer call 601-319-9970-
If you need smartcraft rigging harness, oil tank, smartcraft gauges, and engine harness, I can hook you up with that too and save you big dollars on this stuff.
Here are the parts that I have for rigging with the Smartcraft setup:
These parts listed for over $1,800 when I bought them. All for $1,000. if you can't use the Binacle control take off $200.

    ****Mercury Killswitch & Lanyard PN# 87-19674Q2
****Mercury Fuel Sender- fuel tank level for Smartcraft gauges PN# 851052Q (adjusted for 12" deep tank)

That sounds like it will be a great motor. but for this boat and the way it is used that would not work. but thanks for the inquiry.

    250xs

The potential Canadian buyer could not get his deposit back on a new motor so this one is still available. We had a compression test done with 117 to 120 on all Cylinders. This is the run out on time and RPM:
    101.4 total hours as follows:
    18.8 hrs @ 0-599
    16.1 hrs @ 600-1499
    16.9 hrs @ 1500 - 2999
    12.8 hrs @ 3000- 3499
    10.8 hrs @ 3500 - 3999
    11.2 hrs @ 4000- 4499
    8.1 hrs @4500- 4999
    6.0 hrs @ 5000-5699
    .9 hrs @ 5700 up

    email or call me
    Thanks

    motor is off the market

Well, thanks to Jerry Jaco at Jaco's Marine we found a prop that would work with the 20XF. He recommended a 28 pitch Bravo 1 with 1 and 1/8" holes cut in the prop. The prop was purchased and Jaco's had the holes drilled. We got the prop in today (Thursday the 27th) went right to the lake and WOW what a difference. Great hole shot and very little slip and great lift and mid range and top end.
So the 250XS is staying on the Bullet 20XF.
    Thanks for all the inquires
