New mini performance boats? - St. Martin Power Boats
Anybody know about these guys? http://www.stmartinpowerboats.com
Their boats look simillar to the Paradise and Fantasy boats from a few years back. They have an 11, 13, 15, and (not mini) 27 custom. The 15 caught my eye because not only does it offer OB up to 70hp, but it offers a 200hp merc jet, and the 100hp Merc Vaser sterndrive. They are also doing a Harley special edition with a V-Twin mated to the Vaser outdrive. They have some lofty goals. I wish them well, especially since they are right here in the Cleveland area. Anybody talked to them yet? I'm going to contact them and see what info I can get. I love the mini boats1990 Checkmate Pulse 186 / Johnson GT175

quite ambitious marketing I must say,,,
13' marketed by a company called St. Martin Yachts. I thought the old standard for a "yacht" was 21', but never mind, we're living through "change" looks alot like your deal there Randy. I like the line about "offshore performance" and dads ability to go to his "favorite fishing spot", and the "affordable" $29,000.00 price.

Good looking boat, but I fear the performance will leave a little to be desired...

They told me they are the old Paradise molds, which is what my boat is. They run mid to high 50's with a 60hp.

I don't think they are worried about performance at all. Looks like they are pushing toward resorts buying a fleet of them for rentals. It could go either way for them.
Boatless at the moment. Looking for a 24-25' V

thats a good angle,
Danny Chritchfield here was in with Disney. not a bad market. just offshore of the "contemporay resort" back in about "82" I was demonstrating some "seamanship skills" to the "ex" as a paddlewheel boat went by and the wakes were about 2.5',,, we "perled" that "watermouse" nessisatating a "hard left" manuver to keep "boyuant" the weight limit was 300 lbs, at that time I came in at about 165# and the "little woman" was every bit my size and getting bigger by the min.
