    Tuff 21 Pix?

A buddy and I were talking about the Tuff 21 running over 100 w/ a single 300X. Does anyone have a pix of the hull and pad? How wide is the pad? What is the bare weight of the boat?

Is it the only large SOB to run over 100 mph?

    Thx-

    Progression, superboat, intimidator as well.

Search SOB or tuff or activator or superboat or intimidator or progression and you will find a wealth of discussion on this topic. It has cooled off recently but was big talk for a while there.

I did search a llittle and didn't find what I was looking for....and that is a pix of the pad of a Tuff 21. Just curious on how wide it is.

Up- Sboats are great boats but I don't think there is any 20s running over 100 w/ a single OB.

    102 TuFF

The black & white 21 in the slide show is the boat that ran those numbers. The driver is wearing a helmut.
And those numbers were attained with very little top end setup!
I believe one of the other SOB companies got better #'s but with a light weight boat and I think it broke!?

    Just a thought.......

If you want to see a TUFF in person make the trip to the Toronto Boat Show this January. You'll also see some other sweet rides (Talon 22, J-Craft) to mention a few.

I'm not sure how fast the 21 superboat has actually gone, the long island boys should know, I don't recall any 100+ claims but I know there were some mid to high 90 claims.

I thought that Dirk Pitt, aka Marine Man, had his going over 100

I thought he broke the hundred mark too, but I am not sure.

I'm not very close to 100, probably never will be, so I pretend like I don't care.

This one has always been one of my favorite color combos:
