95 XRI 200 question
i heard that if you mill the heads, it will be too lean and i was wondering how many mods you could do before having to ad fuel. also how do you ad fuel to these motors? fuel pressure increase? i have loovers opened up on the cowl and was going to mill the head. what do you guys think? also what can i expect for gains. i would like to also do a dry stack exhaust with the relief plugs and a tuner. what gains can i expect.

bqck from the dead, anyone have suggestions. im looking to ad some power to my 200 xri 1995 model. id like to get it up to 250 if possible

well i hate to burst you bubble but it would take alot more than that to get another 50 hp out of your motor. i have a 95 with ported reed cages, tuner, shaved heads, boysen reeds, and a couple of other little things, i probably gained maybe 8 hp. only thing i didn't do is have my ecu changed and don't think that will make a difference.

yea i dont mind getting the case ported if need be. with all your mods you still run the stock ecu fuel curve and timing? i thought it would be lean.

if you get into internal porting it will make a difference with the other mods. my motor actually runs rich at wot for what ever reason so we left it as long as it doesn't run lean.
