    changin my 245 carb mota to a horn mota????

    im thinkin of convertin to a horn mota on my 245. i need a detailed list of every thing ill need. can yall help me with this? thanks in advance.

    You will need :

    1. EFI front half
    2. 6 injectors
    3. ECU
    4. Linkage rod assy.
    5. Fuel rail
    6. Regulator
    7. Orficed Tee below return line
    8. ECU bracket ( mounted on on horn )
    9. 6 injector bolt spacers ( 1" black alum. )
    10. 6 1/4" 28 lock nuts and washers
    11. ECU harness holder ( attaches to ECU bracket)
    12. ECU harness
    13. Plenium gasket
    14. 6 plugs to plug off fuel bleed system on 245 carbed engine
    15. 6 rubber injector holders "O" rings
    16. 3 injector nylon holders ( attaches injectors to block )

    Let me know if you decide to do this as I have 75 % of this stuff used and will make you a deal on them..(From customers parted out engine..)

    thanks jay for that info. im lookin at a blown 260 now but its torn down, i want to make sure i get all i need for the change over. pm me with a price on what ya got i may be interested.

    I've done it with one of mine and think it's a REAL GOOD upgrade. You'll need to block the bleed hose fittings on the side of the block also.

    I recently switched my carb motor over to EFI. I choose the 225 setup because it was cheaper and I am very impressed. I'm sure the horn style would have given me a little bit more though. Good luck on it.
