    Question about Merc 1.5" propshaft

I have a torquemaster with a 1.5' fat shaft. I just ordered the prop nut kit, but it just doesnt seem right to me. All it is two stainless washers, one black fatter washer, and a nylock nut. How the heck does this go on? Im used to putting the thrustwasher on first, then the prop, etc. etc. Do you put the prop on first and then all the washers??? Also the washers have little holes, not big enough to go over the fat part of the shaft. How exactly does this go on??

Thanks 87 sutphen. I figured it that simple, but just wanted to make sure. Hate to order the wrong stuff or tear up a prop or lower.
