It's a 1987 Scorpion that was rebuilt in 2002 by a local builder. My brother replaced the 175EFI that came on it with 300xs set up at Top Gun. It has a six inch setback/lift and runs a 28p Bravo 1 with four holes plugged. Best so far is 80mph but it runs 75 in good chop with five adults onboard. He's looking forward to seeing how it runs on Simcoe with cool, dense Autumn air.

yes its a herring, speed wize no faster than the et's but the bit was increadable

Or....you can drive up to Huntington to Coney's Maine store (sail supplies) Gill can make you one up as you wait if you bring your old one.

Superboat: on Long Island, Babylon Bay, the boat is just landing after hitting a magnificent wake thrown by the Fire Island Ferry. We were airborne!!!!
