It seems like alot of souls choose Christmas time to go home. Their birth into their Heavenly life at the time of Christ's birth on earth is very special. I know Heaven rejoices at your dads homecoming even though it's a sad time for the loved ones left behind. Please know that you have alot of friends that care and that our thoughts and prayers are continuing to come your way. Til we all meet again.

Hi all,

I can't tell you all what this thread means to me. Reading all of the posts of support really gave me a very warm feeling when I came here. A huge thank you to everyone, and I'm grateful we have such a great community here that I consider friends.

Many of you knew that it my dad had a long battle with pancreatic cancer, having been diagnosed in April of 2005. Most of my time was devoted to helping him when he was here, as well as in New York for treatments.

Throughout this time, many of you have been so supportive, and I cannot thank you enough for that.

There's so much I could say about my dad that I admired. He accomplished more in his lifetime than I likely ever could. He had children later in life, and had many experiences before my brothers and I were brought into the world. Maybe I'll share some of those with you sometime soon.

For now, I would like to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers - this post really means a lot to me.

Greg sorry to here about your Dad. I lost my Dad in July.
Your Mom will need alot of support. Give her time to grieve. Between 8 of us & all of our family's we keep my Mom busy. Phone calls - stopping by- taking her out to eat or just stopping to say HI.
