I remember when a kid saw across the lake a Switzer, with a 850 (?) white "Dock Buster". Damn that sound a IL6! Plus still think a 6 "stack", short mid, are simple BEAUTIFUL DESIGNED MOTORS! Thanks for the copied pic here!

So far that is the set up Gene- still looking for a BP lower that people don't want ten pounds of gold for, but probably would never run it if I had one. I will run this MC-1. had to find a short adapter for it though... Thanks Arne....

    Good luck on that Tom.

45 years ago we were running out of BP parts---some of us were getting pretty imaginative with the adapter---

Thanks Gene- not gonna pay stupid money for it since it cant be run or ever fixed if it broke. Would even consider a case with prop shaft just for display. Seen that pic before. Like to find a20 inch BP mid ... THAT is a rare beast

Lot of history in those pics---the 35' Magnum did have six MC-1's--- The 34' Cig had six 'fishing' lowers--(left hand 'fishing' lowers????) Power trim was available---but wasn't used on the OS Outboards--

The last race of the '70 season (and my last race in this 32')----I had lot more SSM's than BP's ---and built two 20" SSM's for the two 20" BP housings--How rare is that???

Old stacks still running.. These video's were posted on the inline6 Facebook page but if you haven't seen it, here is our 1960 PowerCat 15C with 62-64 1000's. Fickle off the line as they are, a ton of fun none the less. Movies are long, audio sucks....All smiles at the end of the day.
