Chrysler Queen at Clayton
My friend was 10 minutes late in his quest to buy this boat from Buddy Byers.
Buddy had "Donated the boat to the Clayton Antique boat Museum. Well it went to a great home and I can go look at it anytime I want. As I live 1/2 mile away.
Queen H-1 is a mid-1950's Lauterbach 7 Litre class hydroplane. Owner/Driver George "Buddy" Byers

The guy(Dave) that restored the H-202 boat lives and works at the same lake as me. He does super work on those wood boats. I stop by his shop to check out the projects when I have time.
