What an Amazing weekend! Thanks again Virus for helping to make 2017 the best power tour event Yet!
The Snotty water on Sunday just added to the Charm and Adventure of the Mississippi.

That was one of the most spectacular events ever! It just does not get any better than that! Just incredible.

I really enjoyed seeing and meeting you all, and of course, all of those Streams in one place was just amazing. Howard Pipkorn just amazed me with his instant recollection of even the smallest details of why certain aspects of a particular Hydrostream model were designed. And just meeting the person who I feel is one of the greatest boat hull designers ever was truly an honor. On top of that, he was just a heck of a lot of fun to be around.

The parking lot party was awesome. I have never seen so many Hydrostreams in one place, and they were all incredible.

I am going to be posting photos of the Power Tour this week. I'm so incredibly grateful for all of you that make the Power Tour happen, and for the rides. This was certainly one of the most unique and best event experiences I've ever had in my life.

I could not bring my big lenses and a lot of photo gear with me on this trip, so I used my tiny Nikon D5300 with a little plastic Nikon 55-200mm lens that retracts into a very small size and only costs $140. I think it performed very well for such an inexpensive lens. It was a nice little compact setup that I was able to store in my carry-on bag.

I'm not sure if D.ONEAL made a thread for his build. You can message him and find out though.

Had core, transom and floor replaced. Mostly original gel, had some small repairs done to gel. New hydraulic steering, Bob Jack plate, new trailer and all new interior. Had knee braces added to transom to hold 300xs. I think it turned out to be a nice all around boat and gets great fuel mileage for cruising. If you have any questions just ask.
