I have a 16 laser that pulls the same as a stream. It's a race boat light and it stands up when throttled hard. I still love streams!

No,That pic was at the finish line of quarter mile.Ran 11.86@ 89.9 on a 90MPH breakout rule.Would spend the first 1/8 on the up trim, and the last on the down and hope for the best.There was a class back then called (comp outboard under 90)

@outasite that's what it's all about. I love it. Normally, I much prefer Hydrostreams with the windshield, except for when a Hydrostream truly represents what a real competition hull should be. I think that's because so many Comp hull models did not have windshields, and I really like the look a lot.

I've never driven a Hydrostream without a windshield, and I'm told that there is a big difference in handling with it on and off. I would imagine that to be true, and if I had to guess, I would expect that without the windshield, the hull would be more flighty?

on my quest of 110mph with a stock bottom, not sure if it will but i gotta try to prove them wrong.

Nice looking rig. Esp like the side steer. Going for 110 your gonna need it...Mine with a bridge port and a 30p cleaver saw a best of 103. This was before gps, over a measured 1/10th mile...So wasn't reading just the peak....

Yes,but it is now setup for alky,and lives on the back of a 15' jones cabover hydro!

Doesn`t hurt to ask lol. It`s cool that you still use it. That's what it`s made for. If you ever decide to part with it I`ve always wanted one. I have a nice Bridgeport that would make it a good home. And it would still get used.

Well after 3 1/2 years of work mine is on the water.
Now I just have to learn how to drive this demon from hell...................
The running pick is me riding BITCH on the 3rd time out with the boat after break in. 89 MPH not bad for the first try.
