Sorry guys, I had to move on. I was always happy to help out with decals, Hopefully John will continue to serve you guys in the same manor that I did.
I have had mine stop working a couple times and took it apart and it was all rusty. I was able to clean it up, put it back to gether and it worked. It may be worth a try. Its hard to get the brushes...

You will need a 5 channel amp, that will give you one sub, 2 front speakers and 2 rear. You can do 4 front/rear speakers if you run them like johnr said.
If you want stereo sub you need a 6 channel...

V4 wiring diagrams
120 has a 5 pedal reed cage, 140 has 6. Also jets in the carbs are different. So you need the intake, reed cages and jets.

This has had me thinking for years, after I installed the nosecone on my v4 lower I read this and thought I made a mistake.
Last week I had time and a lower without nose cone and lower with.
here are the dimensions I came up with
upper, id=1.325, od=2.00 hieght=1.25
lower, id=1.325, od=1.50, don't remember what the height is.
The lower I was able to purchase at a local bearing...

Keep lookin, I just bought the intake and reed blocks for 70 on ebay.
just make sure they have the reed blocks included the first one I bought didn't so I sent it back.

Find the linkage on the carbs that only opens the butterflys on the carbs and try holding it open while someone cranks the motor. sounds like it m
