Thicker Head Gasket V6?

Is there a thicker head gasket than the typical replacement Mercury Marine 27-41246-1 part number?

I have a set of heads that have a bit more decking than I can use for pump gas on a fishing boat. The gaskets on it now are 3.38" bore. Merc V6 200hp Carb.

I am trying NOT to have any more issues getting this mota in the water.

How much more? Can you run them and just lower your timing

call jay at jays marine. see what he can do and look real hard at o-ring conversion. i have wasted too many motors to non-o-ringed motors.

Wish I knew. I am visiting Camden, SC to help a friend get his boat together and using minimal tools to get it done. If there is anyone in the area with a compression tester... I would love to give it a spin!
