Flywheel excites stator, stator sends signal to switch boxes, switch boxes send signal to coils, coils fire spark plugs. Make sure all grounds are good. If the kill circuit is OK then I'd start with checking the stator.
Resistance measurements should be once disconnected from switch boxes:
9 to 16 Amp Battery Charging Capacity
Wire Read To Resistance
Blue Engine GND 5000 - 7000
Blue/White Engine GND 5000 - 7000
Red Engine GND 90 - 200
Red/White Engine GND 90 - 200
Yellow wires are an AC battery charging coil. Very low resistance like 0.5 to 5 ohms between the yellows. Shouldn't be any continuity to ground.
Wiring goes from black to red to blue, and
black to red/w to blue/w.
