2.5 Mercury XRI 175 Electronics

Just looking for opinions. I have a feeling that I have some Ign electronic issues and I will be testing them tomorrow (multi meter in hand lucky me). I think that this is causing me some timing issues to the point of "no start" . If i need to replace any of them like the stator trigger switch boxes ect. who would you order from. Im not looking for anything racing per say. also I was wondering if there was upgrades that I can order or should I just stay with the stock parts. Thanks in advanced.
