Florida's
Radical Boat Reunion is one of the largest East Coast boat gatherings
in the United States. Organized by Russ Matos and other Florida
hot boaters, the Reunion is a legendary event that draws hundreds of
performance boats and boat enthusiasts.
The 2003 Radical Boat Reunion took place at the Holiday Inn Riverfront
in Palatka, Florida, on May 30, 31, and June 1, 2003. Friday, May 30
was a meet and greet with refreshments. Saturday was "fun on the
river day" and also featured an evening banquet/party with a live
band, prizes, and games. The on the final day of the Reunion,
Sunday, many boaters took the opportunity to tour down to Silver
Glenn Springs. All proceeds from the Radical Boat Reunion went
to the Make A Wish Foundation.
Next Year's Radical Boat Reunion is scheduled to take place at the
same location on June 21, 2004. |
