• Mercury Adds Propellers To Popular Enertia, Revolution 4 Lineups

Mercury Marine is proud to introduce seven new propellers to round out the high-performance Enertia and Revolution 4 propeller lineups.

Mercury is adding 11- and 13-pitch Enertia propellers in right- and left-hand rotation. In addition to the Enertia propellers, Mercury is introducing new Revolution 4 propellers in 20-pitch right- and left-hand rotation, as well as a 15-pitch left-hand Revolution 4. Each of these propellers enables more boaters to fit their boats with a high-performance Mercury propeller.

Enertia propellers, made with the Mercury proprietary X7 alloy that is 30 percent stronger and four times more durable than conventional steel, have always been a top choice for high-horsepower pontoon boats. Enertia features a high-blade area, low-diameter design that is a perfect fit with the performance demands of today’s high-horsepower pontoons.

“The 14-pitch Enertia in particular has been the go-to prop for pontoon boaters” said Dirk Bjornstad, senior brand manager for Mercury Propellers. “The 11- and 13-pitch props ensure there is an Enertia prop for all pontoons using high-horsepower outboards. The 13-pitch has outstanding performance – especially when paired with the new Mercury 150 FourStroke.”

Four-bladed Revolution 4 propellers are known for their aggressive holeshot and excellent top speed, and the three additions – a 20-pitch in left- and right-hand and 15-pitch in left-hand – complete the lineup.

The new 20-pitch offerings are ideal for offshore center consoles, sterndrive-powered and deep-V fishing boats. The 20-pitch Revolution 4 is also the ultimate complement to the new Mercury Verado gearcase.

The new 15-pitch Revolution 4 left-hand propeller is an ideal choice for heavier twin-engine center-consoles and fits outboards and sterndrives of 135hp and higher.

The right-hand versions of the new Enertia propellers, as well as the 15-pitch Revolution 4 left hand and 20-pitch Revolution 4 right hand offerings, are available now. The new left-hand Enertia and 20-pitch Revolution 4 propellers will be released in January 2013.
