I recently aquired a 15 foot v-pad runabout pre 1972 as it has no hull id number or any other identifying marks for that matter.
Who was making v-pads back in that era besides Allison and Hydrostream? since it doesn't appear to be one of them.
Any help would be appreciated.
Jeff

1966 was a good year, in fact it was the year I was popped out of the mold myself.
Ole Gator I hoped I might hear from you. A couple of your posts came up when I searched for pad vee's.
Does this hull/deck configuration look like anything you've seen or made?

The deck looks a little like a Glastron but I don't think Glastrons had pad bottoms back then.

Thanks guys, 2us70, I thought it resembled a Glastron myself. I wasn't sure that Glastron was making a pad vee then either. It kinda looks like a Princecraft GTX as well.
I'm interested in seeing how she Screams and Flys with an inline 6 on the back :D
Anyone else out there have an opinion?

Absolutely not a Glastron. We sold Glastrons from 1966 till 1997 and this boat doesn't resemble any Glastron I know. I would guess some small builder, maybe South Florida, but who knows? Maybe post on Fiberglassics.com as a mystery boat, the guys over there are really good.

Rnelems, I was thinking about posting at Fiberglassics. I was there searching some of their archives for a match, no such luck.
Thanks
