Give lifeline a call. I understand they sell a zipper extender which may get it to large. A flap with half a zipper on each side to make it wider.

It's called a zipper panel, comes in 2" or 3" widths. You'll need to know the type of zipper you have on yer vest, so look at yer vest before calling.I just got one for my expanding waistline,,,,,works great, can be color matched,,, 35 dollars I think it was.
