Stock Flats Boat Speed Records

I know of a guy in the Florida Keys Capt. Steven P Lamp that is said to have the fastest flats boat in the state of Florida . 92.4MPH in a Lake and Bay w/300XS for power. What does he have to do to get credit for this pass ? Is there a 300 HP record on a stock flats boat yet ? Mike Whitaker had the 200-225-250 records at one time. Where can I find what the records are and where this guy has to go to try and make this a offical record ? Thanks for any help. Joe raimondo

The fastcats are definitely the fastest flats boats. Mine ran 94 with a Yamaha VMax 300, and I know of a couple with 300X's that run over a 100.
