for sound quality..... placement of the subs wont matter, as long as they arent near something thats gonna rattle against them shake too much, low frequencies coming from the subs arent easily impeded like the highs from your other speakers.

I have some better, and improved speaker setup pics that are on floppy, I will try to dig them up at lunch break.

Here is a pic of the old set up I had.

Two 10's with a 720 watt amp, and two JBL 4-1/2 two ways, there were also two 6 x 9's up front. (in boxes from Walmart)

Fuel tank was under the blue box, later I moved it further back, and built a hatch for the tank, and battery, and also to hide my cooler.

I just realized that my new computer here at work doesn't have a floppy slot..........hmmmmm (kinda like none of the new cars have an ashtray)

Looks like what I'm gonna hafta do is take them home, put them on my desk top computer then transfer them to my lap top to send to you..........wheew

Could I hook the internet wire to my desk top computer directly and send them that way?

The tank, (and cooler) is now hidden under the hatch that closes down on the speaker box

Venus79........I still have that exact setup, (hatch lid, sub box, and 6 x 9's still in the boxes) if you need any of that stuff.

Even have the part that the hinges mount with the ventelation scoops and fuel fill, and cleats still mounted. (sold the 'stream)

i had 2 kicker comp tens in a box w/ an 800 watt amp and 4 6x9s under the gunnels under the bow of the action all summer, sounded good sitting on the beach just had to change all the nuts in the interior and control box to nylocks

oh yea and i could still seat 5 fairly comforably ;)

Those are about all the pics I have I think.

But all of the parts you see are sitting in my storage shed collecting dust if at you need any of it after you remove your back seat.

Not sure about the shipping of plywood and carpet and hardware. (weight wise)

It may all fit in a box.

I could probably let the stuff go for $75 or so.

It has two ventelatetion scoops, hinges, latch, fuel fill, cleats etc.

I could even sell the 6 x 9 boxes with or without the speakers in them.

If you are interested, let me know, and I will get a better idea of shipping and some way to wrap them up.

Thanks,

John
