I saw the reports on the last tornado that ripped through Alabama and some of the city names reminded me of you ODBA racer's hometowns. You all have my hopes that you, family and your rigs and businesses are safe from harm and sympathy if not.

I didn't make any races last year due to a new business started. I sort of got the Wayne Tripp thing. Watching Daytona yesterday perked my racing blood up a bit and I want to make a few races. I still have a virgin DRX and would appreciate any help on set-up before I drill (de-flower?) holes in her. I have all small gear cases, so Pro-Gas and up classes. Dewitt, Kim Clecker, Wally, Wayne, anybody with DRX experience would be nice to talk to. e-mail me a number I could call you at. In fact, I will be going into Huntsville area soon and maybe could meet up or visit. I don't mind driving a few hundred miles further south at all.

Again, hope you all are doing well and, oh yeah, Rich Sernc is trying to sell me some left over gasoline from last year. I think it has some fuel storage additive in it. Is it good stuff?

You can run a small case in carb. Unless you mean a speedmaster, 'cause that's only allowed in U-Bote.

Were all ok here, but it was rough. Lot of downed trees and missing roofs, but as far as I know there were no fatalaties.

You cracked me up. I'm not from Alabama, but I have been there and hope I still have friends there. Bought my 1/4 Master in Birmingham. The spelling mistake is from fat fingers, too much cheese and brewski's, and posting late at night. Heck, I wasn't even consistant.

Enjoy your "Sweet Home" 'cause I'm freezing up here.

I sure could use a brat and a Pabst Blue Ribbon, used to visit in the Sturgeon Bay area.

Speaking of, anyone heard from ODBA racers Stovall & Baxter. That thing blew right through their back yard.
Hope all is well.
