All I know is that Sam Schultz put me on the trailer, congratulations to him. His boat was excellent. He beat me by .012 and it was a hell of a race. I thought we were the best boat in the nine second class up until then . We held the number one spot until only four runs were left in qualifying and ended up number 3. We knocked out the defending champ in round 1 and then ran into Sam. What a great weekendof racing it was. I do know that the Mortons ran for the 8 second money, but do not know who won. Had to get home to alabama. Dont miss it next year

Sam won the 9 second class and Ron Morton beat Brian in the 8 sec finals.
