The first race of the year for KDBA will be June 2&3, they are trying to make the pay very attractive, $300 entry fee for 10sec class and quicker, $200 of that goes to the purse with a 80/20 split for 1st and 2nd, 16 boat and you are racing for $3200, there will be a good turnout for the 10 and 9 sec class from what I see. Please come and join us and try your luck.

Good luck Rick,if that purse dont bringem in nothing will.I just got home from the IHBA Red Bluff race and got knocked out in second round by a .01 RT to my .10.Wish i could blame it on the boat,as i set my personell 1/8 best during qualifying 5.60 at 104mph then started lifting and still ran 9.90 at 106mph and this was late in the day with ninety degree temps:eek: keep us posted on your race results

Nice times, sure hard to win with the other guy cutting a .01 light. Sounds like you are running very well. I ran 9.82 with no set up and the motor LOW. Hope to just run 10.000 but I will try to see what it runs if i get a chance mid 9's I guess, of course that is no mans land

They need the 9.5 class,sucks when you have to slow the boat down..

will there be runs on friday or sat?? thanks kevinFriday is test and tune and Sat is qualifying with eliminations on Sun.we will get there early on Fri to set are pit up and probably watch the T&T

Good luck Kevin, we go to St Louis this weekend to run Creve Cour, SLDBA race.

I Did win the reaction pot at KDBA last weekend, 1st qual run 0.651 light 10.10, 2nd 0.151 light 10.05, 3rd 0.083 light 9.999 run and 4th qualifing run 0.003 light and a 10.06 run, ran 116 mph!!!!! Took compression out and ran a 26 yami. All runs on Sat.
